POI PARTY BASICS
Men & women of all ages use spinning poi to strengthen and maintain mobility of wrists and shoulders. It involves swinging or spinning one or more poi around your body to create simple, complex, or improvised patterns. Much like dance, it offers a variety of health benefits and many feel a meditative flow state once they get the hang of it.
Fridays, April 7-May 12

$40/members, $50/non-members (price includes your own poi set to keep)

Cost: $65/members, $75/prospective members
All participants must wear a gi for class. These are available from a variety of online retailers including Amazon. We do also have a few sizes in stock. Please note that they typically shrink quite a bit after washing. 
Judo is a method of self-defense that progressively develops falling, throwing and grappling techniques and stresses balance, timing, conditioning, and cooperation with a partner.

​Adult Individuals:          $30/session          $140/5 sessions          $270/10 sessions
Adult Group (2-4):         $20/person/session    $95/person for 5 sessions     $180/person for 10 sessions

Youth Individuals:         $20/session          $180/10 sessions
Youth Group (2-4):        $15/person/session

We are so excited to provide you with our virtual wellness platform, available anytime, anywhere! Y Wellness 24/7 is available exclusively to our members, providing live and on-demand group exercise, and sports and play programs. The platform also includes access to 1000s of on-demand classes from instructors nationwide including classes in training, mindfulness, nutrition, stress management, and more. Access will be provided via a personal login to existing members and is also available as a membership type on its own.
