- All classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted.

- Children ages 7+ are welcome to participate in class with an adult. Only children who will participate may attend.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AcroYoga - Fun full-body workout made up of acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage. Working with others to build core strength, balance, coordination, range of motion and stability. This class also fosters a sense of community that values consent and clear communication. Bring a partner if you want, but not required. This is a beginner class. All are welcome!
Bikes, Bands, Abs - Combine cycling, ab work and resistance bands for a full-body workout.
Butt and Gut - Two areas we want to look good. This class offers a variety of exercises to flatten and tighten those specific body parts.
Cardio Circuit - A class that is a great boredom buster. It offers cardio benefits to help you burn calories. Sculpt your muscles and blast fat with this timed interval workout. Beginner to intermediate fitness level.
Cardio Drumming - Be ready to rock with a "drum stand" that would be a sturdy base, the "drum" that's an exercise ball, and the drummer syncopating with drumsticks. A low impact and fun way to get your heart rate up in a group setting.
Chair Cardio Drumming - Just like Cardio Drumming but seated!
Cycle 101 - Bike your way to fitness. All levels of fitness are encouraged to enjoy the ride and get fit while doing it. Weight training is included.
Enhance®Fitness - Moderate-impact class with high-impact results! Each class session includes cardiovascular, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises and the fostering of strong social relationships between participants. Enhance®Fitness is geared toward older adults. Those with chronic conditions such as arthritis need not worry; you will never have to do anything that hurts. Participants can use chairs for support, if necessary, and increase the weight they use for strength training at their own pace.
Farr-Out Fitnez Bootcamp - Functional fitness combined with high-intensity interval training, whole body exercises, yoga, and more! There are always modifications for everything we do in class. All fitness levels welcome!!
Kickboxing - Full body workout that keeps you moving and strengthens your muscles.
Line Dancing - Super fun class that will get your heart rate up while learning short dances!
Meet Moms & Move! - This is a yoga class for all mamas because your body can never un-have a baby and your wisdom is valuable to those coming after you. We need to be witnessed by other moms at all points of the journey; to see where we're going, to encourage each other where we are, and appreciate where we've been. As moms, we need to care for ourselves as much as we care for others. That means tending our body, mind, and heart.
Moving for Better Balance - Based on the principles of Tai Chi, MFBB teaches eight movements modified especially for fall prevention. Improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility to enhance overall physical health.
Pilates - Down to the core with a little bit more. Utilizing a breathing techniques that engages your core throughout the workout, you will strengthen and tone your body. Easy to follow low-impact movements will help you accomplish deep muscle conditioning and toning. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Sloth Yoga - Low-impact class designed to increase functional mobility while reducing pain and stress.
Stretch & Strength (Men Only) - In this men only yoga class, focus is on basic poses, the yogic breath, developing a safe practice, AND on using yoga to develop strength. Instruction includes demonstration, one-on-one guidance and adjustment as needed, and detailed verbal cuing. Stretch & Strength is perfect for those guys new to yoga, those who are beginners, as well as more practiced yogis.
Tabata - HIIT-style workout that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for a set number of rounds.
Tai Chi - This class will use the Beijing Short Form of Tai Chi which is suitable for every age and ability, although it is aimed at beginners. We will use the modified form that contains 21 movements which will take about 4-8 minutes to perform.
Tot Fit - A caregiver and child-based class where you both get to learn new ways to play, stretch, and build strength together. Ages: Walkers-3 years.
Y Body Shop - Getting in shape can't be any easier! This low-impact class is designed for the active older adult or for those who need a level one class to get moving at a slower pace. Core work is included.
Yoga - This class covers the basics of yoga: breath, relaxation, meditation and basic movements.
