Online registration is available to those who are in our system. You do not need to be a member but you do need a password. If you do not know your password, please call the front desk (989-725-8136) to request a link to reset it.
**The YMCA does not send out program date/time reminders. Please write down the days/times of any programs you register for so you will remember to attend.

Everyone needs a push, a pat on the back, or a helping hand sometimes. As a participant in the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program, you will attend 26 sessions over the course of a year surrounded by a group of supportive people with common goals who care about your well-being.

PICKLEBALL AT THE Y

Pickleball Practice: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5:00am-6:45am.
Pickleball Games: Please call to see if the gym is available at the time you are interested. 
Beginner Pickleball Class/Open Play: Mondays, 9:30-11:00 in the Gym. This is part of our Group Exercise lineup and free for members!
