​JUDO

Judo is a method of self-defense that progressively develops falling, throwing and grappling techniques and stresses balance, timing, conditioning and cooperation with a partner.

All participants will receive a t-shirt with their first registration.
​Belts and testing are included.
All participants must wear a gi for class. These are available from a variety of online retailers including Amazon or you can order one through us at the front desk. Please note that they typically shrink quite a bit after washing.
Youth (Ages 8-12): Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:00-6:45
​Adult (Ages 13+): Tuesdays/Thursdays, 7:00-8:30

All participants receive a t-shirt with their initial registration. Uniforms are not needed right away for Tang Soo Do but they are needed before any testing is done. Testing and uniforms are an additional cost as is your registration in the World Tang Soo Do Association (one time fee needed to test). You may purchase these items at our front desk.
