Age-Appropriate Practice Plans
These practice plans were designed for use by YMCAs. Coaches can select the plans that are the closest to the age group they are working with.
Shiawassee Family YMCA Rules
Teams are formed based on the number of registrations we get in each age group and the number of coaches we have available. Sometimes, we use age and sometimes we have to separate by grade. We try to keep them as close as possible each season but you will notice that each set of rules has both grades and age divisions at the top.
