We are excited to announce that Dallas Lintner will be running for Mr. Owosso 2023! All proceeds from our campaign will benefit the Shiawassee Family YMCA Financial Assistance Program. The Financial Assistance Program's purpose is to break down financial barriers so that kids can achieve a healthy lifestyle through enriching and engaging activities with their peers. Those activities include summer camp, soccer, gymnastics, after-school care, and more! With your support, everyone can have access to these opportunities.
The Kickoff for Mr. Owosso events and fundraising will be held Friday, May 12 at 7:00PM. We will share information about the events we are hosting on this webpage and on our Facebook page: Dallas Lintner for Mr. Owosso. No money can be accepted until after the kickoff, but if you are interested in making a pledge or sponsoring our fundraiser, please fill out the appropriate form and email it to our campaign manager, Emily Suggs.

One of the most exciting opportunities a child can have is to attend summer camp. Camp Shiawassee is located on 181 acres along the Shiawassee River in Bancroft, Michigan. Campers enjoy a traditional camp experience with days full of canoeing, archery, arts & crafts, field games, and more! Camp focuses on providing kids with a healthy lifestyle, as well as offering a safe place to learn and develop social emotional skills. Thanks to our Financial Assistance Program, many more youth in our community will now be able to attend camp this summer. They'll meet new friends, learn new skills, spend time outside, and get away from the constant electronics. The more money we raise, the more kids we can help! For a better us.® |
